  • Registrar & Transfer Agents (RTAs) — CAMS and KFintech for folio maintenance and transaction processing.
  • Insurance Companies — for policy issuance and claims processing under IRDAI-regulated arrangements.
  • Regulatory Bodies — SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, Income Tax Department, and FIU-IND as required by law.
  • Technology Service Providers — Hosting, email, and CRM providers bound by strict confidentiality obligations.

All third parties are contractually required to maintain confidentiality and use your information solely for the specified purpose.

  • KYC Records — Minimum 5 years after account closure as mandated by SEBI and PMLA.
  • Transaction Records — Minimum 8 years per Income Tax Act and SEBI regulations.
  • Insurance Documents — Policy duration plus applicable regulatory retention period.
  • Communication Records — 3 years from last interaction, unless regulations demand longer.
  • Website Usage Data — Up to 26 months (Google Analytics standard retention).
